At OwnerLine, we believe your business conversations should stay private. We built our service with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought.

## What We Collect

-   **Phone Number:** To identify your account and enable persistent memory across calls
-   **Call Recordings:** Temporarily processed to provide AI coaching responses
-   **Conversation Memory:** If you set a PIN, we store context to remember your business across sessions
-   **Payment Information:** Processed securely through Stripe—we never see your full card details

## What We Never Do

-   **Sell Your Data:** Never. Your business conversations are not for sale.
-   **Share with Third Parties:** Your information stays between you and OwnerLine
-   **Use for Training:** Your conversations are not used to train AI models
-   **Retain Indefinitely:** Request deletion anytime and we'll remove your data

## Your Rights

You have the right to:

-   Request a copy of your data
-   Request deletion of your data
-   Opt out of conversation memory storage
-   Use the service anonymously (without setting a PIN)

## Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure US-based data centers with SOC 2 compliance.
